Mitchell Peters
Managing Director

Having formed MLP CO in 2013 Mitchell has presided over a rapid growth period taking on a number of employees whilst still maintaining his commitment to quality project delivery. Mitchell is a third generation builder who has tertiary qualifications in quantity surveying and construction coupled with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Patrick Ohalloran

With twelve + years’ experience in the construction industry and tertiary qualifications, Paddy has project managed a vast array of construction projects with values ranging from $1m – $110m in Australia and USA. Having recently returned from New York City after completing numerous high end residential and complex cooperate office fit outs, Paddy has returned to Australia with unique experience and skills in project management and delivery.

Jake Fry
Project Manager

Jake manages MLP CO projects in the Newcastle / Hunter region with recently completed works in Residential and Justice. Jake is a highly motivated hands on manager who has a number of years’ experience in construction and also tertiary qualifications.  Jake is energetic and especially skilled in managing the project schedule without letting quality standards slip. Jakes eye for detail has been especially important during construction of Residential, Government and Health projects.

Ben Crawshaw
Project Manager

Ben’s background in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure brings sound knowledge and experience to the team at MLP CO. His role as a project engineer has seen him work on some of Sydney’s most iconic structures including the Sydney Opera House. Ben’s understanding of civil engineering and infrastructure is a valuable asset to MLP CO, and ensures his lead and management on some of our largest projects.


MLP CO was formed in early 2013 by Mitchell Peters and has grown quickly on the basis of successful project delivery and great client service. The team at MLP co has experience in a wide range of projects in diverse fields. Our success is centered on our ability to obtain repeat business, we manage to do this by:
